Concentrate expressive part of “PAULISTA” PIB due to the strong presence of entrepreneur of economic importance ,that need of professional with good scientific and technologic base ,this is the reason of this book written by several writers.

This population is able to learn how to learn and enabled to solve problems aggregate new knowledge. Campinas is drawn as one futurist and dynamic city.

The region is one of most dynamic and important in the economic and social Brazilian scenery, it has more than 2.600.000 people and it´s the 9th big metropolitan region of Brazil.

. Recently, the Exam magazine published some statistic about important Brazilian cities and Campinas is among them.

The technologic evolution in the area of microelectronics , computers, special aeronautic , fine mechanic , robotic and computation has permitted increase the industrial activities , having as result ,the modernization of industrial park and in their adequacy to the production of Goods ,with improvement and increasing reliability.

Innovation, creativity, management, technology and the generations are important things to the society come from XXI century and this book, undeniably, come to contribute to our knowledge about this generation.
